Members of ultra-high-net-worth families are born into a world where money is an omnipresent resource that can be taken for granted. This dependency often affects the feeling of personal capability and creates restrictive paradigms that prevent them from effectively managing money. The final result is an endless cycle of frustration and dependency. 

Financial independence is based on every person’s right to choose a lifestyle that is adapted to their needs, and to decide what to do with their money without asking or receiving permission from others. It is unrelated to the amount of capital or income level – rather, it depends on how well the existing funds are managed. Though money is not a value in life, it is a resource whose presence grants us availability to focus on what really matters, channelling the course of our lives based on our desires – if we know how to manage it.
