The goal of the course is to train the family budget supervisor to be the acting operations and acquisitions manager for the home and family, just like management of a hotel (budget management, ongoing expenses, service costs, building a simple and efficient chain of operations, creating a regular field of vision, operating all economic tools of control and auditing).
At the end of the course, participants will have regained their control of the budget and will enjoy a simple financial mechanism for money management. It will also be easy to take responsibility for management of the expenses and synchronize the family’s desires with the actual lifestyle they can achieve.
