Building a budget necessitates going into great detail. You can make millions of strategic decisions, but if these are not carried out in reality, the family cannot manage its budget. Effective budget management requires a simple tactic (if it isn\u2019t simple, it simply won\u2019t work), and the appointment of a family budget supervisor.<\/span><\/p>

The family\u2019s budget supervisor is someone who lives the life of the family and is aware of everything that goes on. This is why the role of supervisor should be given to a family member or the family\u2019s PA. Their role is to oversee the financial activity and the budget in real time in accordance with the strategic decisions made, and to exercise judgment that is based on the family\u2019s unique dynamic.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The Family Ltd. Challenge is a practical course that teaches how to build a financial ecosystem to manage the family\u2019s budget and daily life. Participants learn how to turn the family into a financial organization and how to manage funds efficiently in terms of operations and budgets, in accordance with the family\u2019s desired lifestyle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The goal of the course is to train the family budget supervisor to be the acting operations and acquisitions manager for the home and family, just like management of a hotel (budget management, ongoing expenses, service costs, building a simple and efficient chain of operations, creating a regular field of vision, operating all economic tools of control and auditing).<\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of the course, participants will have regained their control of the budget and will enjoy a simple financial mechanism for money management.
